
Inauguration of the New Headquarters of the Black Sea Trade and Development Bank in Thessaloniki
Artur Javadyan, Governor for the Republic of Armenia at the Black Sea Trade and Development Bank (BSTDB) and Chairman of the Board of the Centre for Economic Perspectives Foundation (CfEPF), participated in the official inauguration ceremony of the Bank’s new sustainable Headquarters, held on 20 October 2025 in Thessaloniki, Greece.
The ceremony was hosted by BSTDB President Dr. Serhat Köksal and led by the Alternate Minister of National Economy and Finance of the Hellenic Republic, Mr. Nikos Papathanasis, who also serves as BSTDB Governor for Greece. The event brought together high-level government officials, BSTDB Governors and Directors, members of the diplomatic community, international partners, and representatives of the private sector.
The establishment of the new Headquarters marks a key milestone in BSTDB’s continuous institutional development and expanding regional role. The building reflects the Bank’s strong commitment to sustainability, innovation, and energy efficiency.
